Return policy

At Ellis & Clarke, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

  • A return request may only be submitted after the product has been physically received.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs duties, or import charges.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.

  • Customers may try on items for fit, but products must not be worn beyond that purpose.

  • Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@ellisclarke.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  2. Once your request has been approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier.

  3. The item must be returned at your own expense, including any applicable customs fees or shipping costs.

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and provided it meets the return conditions, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • Any address changes or corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
